The Relational Leadership Institute (RLI) at UNC-Chapel Hill offers an in-depth, multi-session IPE program designed to enhance collaborative practice and skill development across professions and generations. By fostering teamwork among health workers from diverse backgrounds, RLI aims to improve the quality of care delivered to patients, families, carers, and communities.
