The characteristics of high-performing teams and organizations have been known for decades. However, building such teams, or transforming poorly performing teams into them, is challenging.
The experiences we create are curated from decades of experience in healthcare and beyond. We help to make a core set of relational skills practical in healthcare.

Example Relational Leadership Workshops
Advocate to Accelerate Change
This workshop presents a framework for understanding and designing advocacy initiatives. Participants will explore strategies for promoting impactful, equitable, longitudinal change efforts, at both the organizational and systems levels.
The Dynamics of Self and Teams
Discover the methodology of the Simpli5™ 5 Dynamics framework, an interactive tool for understanding our approach to learning and collaboration. This session helps uncover and optimize the complementary energies of team members, and design workflows that harness their strengths.
Building a Culture of Feedback
When feedback is frequently and skillfully exchanged, team members feel confident in naming mistakes and identifying areas of opportunity. In this session, participants learn how to prepare and deliver effective feedback, as well as strategies for eliciting input at the organizational level.
Conflict Transformation
Conflict is inevitable, and it can be a powerful positive force for transformation. Participants in this workshop will gain awareness of their own response to conflict, and explore actionable techniques for approaching difficult dialogues, identifying barriers, and finding common ground.
Narrative Leadership: Story of Self
Storytelling is a leadership tool that can be used as a foundation for collaboration, a relationship-building strategy, a catalyst for action, or a source of inspiration. Participants will learn and practice a framework to develop and share their “Story of Self”— a narrative that links a key moment in their lives to their current sense of purpose.
